摘要
The dynamic model of a biogas tower reactor for anaerobic waste water treatment is developed by theoretical process analysis. The modelling method is characterised by a decomposition of the model into interacting submodels and by a stepwise introduction of simplifying assumptions on different decomposition levels. Hence, this method can also be applied to similar processes and it allows to adapt the model to changes in the reactor configuration and to different types of waste water. The model accuracy obtained is illustrated by a comparison of simulated and experimental data. Based on the reactor model presented in this paper, a process control strategy was developed and successfully tested at a pilot plant. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
