摘要
In this paper, a quantitative analysis was made on flood control operation of reservoir by the means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-factors evaluation methods. Taking wuqiangxi reservoir as an example, this text defined risk rate (risk degree) of flood control based on the relationship of the quantity characteristics and its variety of the risk factors implicated in different control decisions of flood control operation. A method of risk assessment of real-time flood control of the reservoir was presented in this text.
