摘要
Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology brings a new feature called femtocells also called Enhanced Home NodeB (HeNB) which can improve indoor coverage area. On the other side, the HeNB cause interference, uplink and downlink interference. Uplink interference occurs between the user HeNB (HUE) and user eNB (MUE) and fellow HUE. This interference cause degrades system performance, especially in terms of Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR). In this paper, we will use power control method for uplink management. Power control use to control user transmission power interferer, so the power of interference in the HeNB and ENB can reduce and the value of SINR will improve. In this study, we perform uplink power control based on an algorithm Overload Indicator, and with this algorithm, it expected to optimize performance and reduce interference.
