摘要
Brain is a complicated system of coupled neurons, each of which can be presented as a nonlinear oscillator. Electric pulses spreading from neuron to neuron trough the synapses transfer information signal. This process can change coupling between neurons, which is realized via synapses. Neuromorphic computing is field of electronics, which use the similar principals as human brain does. In this paper we show that spin Hall oscillator based on antiferromagnetic dielectric material can operate as a neuron in neuromorphic schemes. Also, we show that such AFM-neurons can execute most of the logical operation.
