Research on the Risk Cognition and Insurance Demand of Science and Technology Enterprise in Guizhou Province

The insurance of science and technology in Guizhou province is still in its infancy. This paper analyses the risk characteristics of the science and technology enterprises in Guizhou province based on survey and interview of 106 science and technology enterprises in Guizhou province. It found that the risk of intangible assets, the risk of research and development and the risk of financial are important and high frequency of part risks for science and technology enterprises in Guizhou province. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the science and technology enterprises in Guizhou province combine the insurance demand of science and technology enterprises in Guizhou province, such as improving the science and technology insurance system, strengthening the multilateral cooperation of financial institutions and the government and providing modular technology insurance solutions, etc.
