摘要：

The wave propagation properties generated by antennas in a curved tunnel with semicircle cross sections are measured and analyzed in this article. Different types of antennas operating at 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz with various parameters are used as transmitters (Txs) and receivers (Rxs), and their location, polarization, and orientation are considered in the measurements. Data are analyzed by comparing the path-loss exponents and shadow-fading distributions of the multislope models, and these results can be used to evaluate radio-wave propagation in semicircle tunnels. © 1990-2011 IEEE.
