摘要
Throughout the world, tourism as a branch of the industry is experiencing progress. This trend is also present in Serbia. Most of the foreign tourists visit Serbia to see how beautiful Belgrade is. Tourism presents important source of profit for entire country, especially for the capital. In order to improve image of Belgrade as great tourist destination, and to understand better way of thinking, needs and behavior of foreign tourists, we conducted a survey related to the motivation of visiting Belgrade and satisfaction with Belgrade as a tourist destination. The aim of the research is to improve touristic offer of Belgrade. Results of the survey will help to better understand what attract and what reject potential foreign visitors. The results obtained are processed in the SPPS, and they are presented and explained in the paper.
