摘要
This paper was written to explain why certain software delivery methodologies can be recommended for building Internet of Things projects. The main delivery method detailed in this paper is represented by the Agile methodology and how can be applied when developing Internet of Things projects. We structured a case study around a home automation project, which is relevant when trying to highlight the advantages of the Agile approach compared to other delivery methods such as waterfall, V-model and so on. To be even more specific, the chosen Agile methodology presented in this paper is the most popular one, represented by Agile Scrum.
