摘要：

Upon transition to new generation telecommunication networks it is important to have management and supervision for all network levels. Therefore the problem of monitoring of parameters of the FOTN base network with wavelength division multiplexing is of great importance. Bases of this mechanism which are used for creation of control systems of communication networks of new generation are given in article.
