摘要：
A novel cross-linking reagent, methoxypolyethelene glycol-glutamic acid, was synthesized and used to modify bovine hemoglobin. Bis-tetrameric hemoglobin with moderate affinity for O-2 was obtained under the controlled reaction conditions.
