摘要：
Nowadays in order to handle with the quick changing market, firms enter into supply chain relationship. To a buyer, it is important to select a supplier. This paper puts forward a method for buyer evaluating a supplier based on the supplier flexibility. This method quantify the relationship between the supplier and buyer, which can provides managers decision-making base.
