摘要：
Stakeholders are in possession of the capital, technology, knowledge and information which are necessary in enterprise technology innovation activities. They make important strategic sense in technology innovation. This article discussed stakeholders' usefulness in the four functions (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling) of technology innovation practice to emphasize stakeholders' importance and it has much significance in directing the stakeholder management in technology innovation practice.
