摘要
After 920 degrees C/120min -> WQ+ 780 degrees C/300 min --> air fast cooling heat treatment, a banded omega' phase distributing at interfaces between the beta matrix and grain boundary alpha phase was discovered in a Ti-4.5Al-6.5Mo-2Cr-2.5Nb-2Zr-1Sn (wt%) alloy. The omega' phase shows a P6/mmm hexagonal close packed lattice crystal structure and its lattice parameters are a = 0.399 nm, c = 0.282nm. The orientation relationship between omega' and adjacent beta phase are (110)beta 1//(1 (1) over bar 00)(omega'), (111)beta(1)//(0001)(omega'), and (112)(beta 1)//(11 (2) over bar0)(omega'). The atom migration path during the beta -> omega' (.0' phase is (121)(beta) plane collapse along the <010>beta direction. (C) 2019 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
