摘要
Films of pyridinol-functionalized single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) exhibit strong electrical response to HCl and in situ optical and electrical measurements reveal that the acid-base equilibrium couples to the oxidation of the SWNTs, inducing electron transfer from the semi-conducting SWNTs upon protonation of the pyridine group.
