摘要
The peculiarities of the course of enzymatic degradation of chitosan films obtained from solutions in acetic acid under the action of non-specific enzymes collagenase and lirase have been investigated. It has been found out that the variation of acid concentration in the initial solution affects considerably the chitosan structure in the films formed and, as a result, the degree of degradation of film specimens.
