摘要：

Radiative and electroweak B decays proceed through the flavor changing neutral current processes, and thus sensitive to the postulated new particles in the theories beyond the Standard Model. In this report, the latest results on the exclusive and inclusive measurements of b --> sgamma and b --> sl(+)l(-) transitions as well as the search results on b --> dgamma are reviewed.
