摘要
A composite of a long afterglow SrAl2O4 co-doped with Eu and Dy (SAOEuDy) powders and a silicone was fabricated in order to improve the water-resistance of the SAOEuDy phosphors. The phosphorescence characteristics of the SAOEuDy composite were measured for the variation of water temperature from 0 degrees C to 100 degrees C. In the temperature range, the phosphorescence intensity increases linearly with increasing temperature. This result indicates that the water-resistive SAOEuDy composite is useful sensor material.
