摘要
Network industry has different economy characteristics with common scale effect during the process of its development. This article is conducted to make its individual part-whole relationship as cut-in point, and makes mathematical descriptions on individual part-whole relationship of network industry by using pan-weighted network models from the subject of system economics. Not only does it give contrastive analysis between network effect and common scale effect, but also it attempts to give out qualitative boundary of network industry and analyses the differences between networks effect and common scale effect. In the end of this paper, Beijing urban track transportation. system is taken as an example to introduce this idea, and an evaluating indices aggregation of Beijing urban track transportation system is made. In the model, the fuzzy mathematics and hierarchy method is used to make each index be used in count. By single factor evaluation method of different indices and weighing confirmation of each index, the result as (V) over tilde is obtained. The larger (V) over tilde is, the better network effect is. This article also affords amendment and interpretation to the viewpoints that network effect be equal with common scale effect anciently through a new visual angle, and supplies a slip of new clew for lucubrating in network industry's law of development and methods. We hope it can be helpful for others who want to do researches on system or the network industry.
