Effect of donor characteristics on the solubility of a substitutional solute in crystals

摘要
The solubility of a substitutional solute in a crystal formed by atoms of type A was calculated for the case where the role of a donor of a solute is played by a nonmagnetic binary orderable alloy B-C, interstitial solid solution B-(C), or a magnetically ordered substitutional alloy B-C. The dependence of the solubility on the characteristics that control the state of the donor was determined, i.e., on its composition and the parameters of the structural and magnetic orders.
