摘要
Corporate strategy is a dynamic setting for harmonizing objective environment and firm, increasingly enganced uncertainty of environment in times of knowledge economy put forward corporate strategy to change. To direct effectively corporate strategy with contingency characteristic, it is essential to compartmentalize the model of the change in corporate strategy. Corporate strategic flexibility is main criterion for compartmentalization the model of the change in corporate strategy. Only would corporation possess the corporate strategic flexibility with high reactive degree, it can select the model of the change in corporate strategy freely. Firstly, the thesis point out the necessity for organize the change in corporate strategy and define it; Secondly, analyzing the corporate strategic flexibility's definition, the becoming reason, sort and characteristic; Thirdly, dividing the model of the change in corporate strategy into four sorts according to corporate strategic flexibility as main criterion, which is reactive model, forecasting model, active model and surpassing model, the relationship among four sorts is also discussed. Besides that, analyzing the relationship between corporate strategic flexibility and the model of the change in corporate strategy. Fourthly, measures to improve corporate strategic flexibility are discussed. At last, drawing the conclusion and discussing revelation briefly.
