摘要
Four germanium derivatives of 2,2'-oxydiethanethiol and 2,2'-thiodiethanethiol have been synthesized and characterized by H-1 and C-13 NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The antitumour activity of one of them is comparable to those of cis-platin and etoposide. Copyright (C) 2003 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
