摘要
In this paper, stability analysis for switched positive linear systems (SPLSs) with average dwell time switching is revisited and discussed in both continuous-time and discrete-time contexts. By utilizing system positivity, two simple stability conditions with fewer constraints are first proposed for SPLSs on the basis of multiple linear copositive Lyapunov functions (MLCLFs). Based on the developed results, three novel concepts called closed-chain, l-open-chain and quasi-cyclic switching signals are introduced to derive some results that are not only simple but also less conservative. All the obtained results are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities and can guarantee the global exponential stability of SPLSs under ADT switching.
