Parametrization of the neutrino mixing matrix in a tri-bimaximal mixing pattern

The neutrino mixing matrix is expanded in powers of a small parameter lambda in tribimaximal mixing pattern. We also present some applications of this parametrization, such as to the expression of the Jarlskog parameter J. Comparing with other parametrizations (such as the parametrization in bimaximal mixing pattern), this parametrization converges more quickly, but is of less symmetry.
