摘要
The large consumption and discharge of antibiotic ciprofloxacin (CIP) force us to find an effective technology to removal of CIP. Herein, three dimensional (3D) tripyramid TiO2 architectures were eco-friendliness and facile synthesized with the assistance of aloe extracts and hydrothermal method and then were used in the photocatalytic removal of CIP pollutants. It's found that residual biologically active components on the surface of TiO2 induced to the formation of 3D tripyramid architectures. The optimized composite showed a removal efficiency of 90% within 60 min. Compared to rod-like TiO2, 3D tripyramid TiO2 architectures displayed 3.4 times for photocatalytic degradation of CIP under UV-vis light irradiation. The present investigation initiates a green and eco-friendliness path for the construction of high-performance hierarchical catalysts in the application of waste-water purification.
