摘要：

The ascorbic acid is an essential vitamin and it participates to many biological processes. It is a hydrosoluble, thermolabile vitamin, easily oxidizable in acid environment, in the presence of metal traces, light and oxygen. It cam be found in large quantities in vegetables and citric fruits. The paper reveals a spectrometric method for the determination of the ascorbic acid from pharmaceutical tablets and compared to the titrimetric one.
