摘要
The article notes that andragogic training of faculty is now an increasing importantly. The article provides an overview of the main challenges facing adult education and continuing education. The article considers the practice of development of the content of andragogical training. The article presents the tutorial that creates conditions for training andragogues, based on modular approach on two levels. The article discusses a qualitative change in the definition of objectives of teachers, their selfdetermination in the content of priorities of andragogical activities, the improvement of techniques used by educators for the formation of personality of students.
