摘要：
An assistive system based on camera for visually challenged people is proposed in this Paper. Model control is used to identify faces of person while entering the frame. Cameras and speakers are used as input and output. This proposed idea serves as the real time solution for visually, physically and vocally challenged people to identify the products in real time experience. Health parameters like heartbeat and temperature are remotely monitored using GSM via messages to 3 mobile numbers. An alarm is set if an unknown person stands at the door. The future scope of this work is converting the extracted gestures and recognitions of face into a form which can be incorporated into electronic travel aid.
