摘要
(0.9-x)(Bi0.95La0.05)FeO3-xPbTiO(3)-0.1BaZrO(3) (BLF-xPT-BZ) ceramics were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reflected that phase transformation from rhombohedral (R) to tetragonal (T) took place with increasing the PT content, and the coexistence R and T phases were observed at x = 0.35. The dielectric constant (epsilon(r)), dielectric loss (tan delta), remnant polarization (P-r) and piezoelectric coefficient (d(33)) increased initially and then decreased with increasing the PT content, and reach to maximum at x = 0.35. The T-C, T-d, epsilon(r), d(33), S and k(p) of 0.55BLF-0.35PT-0.1BZ were 422 degrees C, 380 degrees C, 620, 162 pC/N, 0.3 % and 0.272, respectively. It was interesting that the maximum strain of BLF-xPT-BZ ceramics achieves about 0.3% under the electric field of 75 kV/cm, which was larger than that of BiScO3-PbTiO3 ceramics.
