摘要：

On the basis of explaining the meaning of Enterprise Human Capital Investment (EHCI) and the characteristics of EHCI, the study focused on the analysis of the factors of influencing the choice of EHCI forms, and provided the steps of making the EHCI scheme. It offers some reference for the analysis of EHCI.
