摘要
53 Volatile compounds and 28 fatty acids were detected from the constituents of volatile oil and fatty acids of the seeds of Bupleurum Falcatum L. by means of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The major components of volatile oils are:2-hexane,4,4, 5-trimethyl-(380 mg/kg), 2,2,4-trimethyl-3-penten-1-ol(140 g/kg),2, 3-dimethyl-3-buten-2-ol (100 mg/kg) and 2, 3-dimethyl-pentane (89 mg/kg). The major components of fatty acids are: 9-octadecenoic acid(z)-(6584 mg/kg), octadecanoic acid (4032 mg/kg), nonanedioic acid (425 mg/kg) and octanedioic acid(132 mg/kg). Moreover, seven saponins have been isolated from the n-BuOH extracts of the seeds of this plant. Three of them were identified as saikosaponin c, saikosaponin d and 6 "-O-acetyl-saikosaponin d by means of MS, nuclear magnetic resonance etc, and the comparison was made with the standard compound.
