摘要
The present study intends to evaluate the climate and safety culture of a company of the electric branch, for which it was applied a survey to all employees of the company, from authorship of Neto (2013). The use of the survey allowed a quantitative approach, through the quantification of the opinions of the individuals, in order to identify the individual perceptions and attitudes of OSH. In order to complete the data obtained through the survey, the method of interview directed to eleven people of the company with different hierarchical positions was used. The results obtained reveal a positive safety culture and climate regarding the factorial of perception about general principles of safety in the organization, perception about values and practices of safety management in the organization, safety training and implementation. In a less positively way, it is necessary to outline new strategies to bridge the quality of safety communications that have presented a negative mean.
