The synthesis and the anodic oxidation in CH2Cl2 +/- 0.2 M Bu4NBF4 of the title fluorene are described. The electrochemical behaviour and the physicochemical properties of the derived polymer are discussed, as well as the structure of the complex formed between this compound and tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ).
