摘要
With the rapid development of network, today, E-commerce has become a part of people's lives activity. C2C E-commerce is always the main mode for online shopping in China. But the credit problem in transactions holds up the further development of C2C E-commerce. The Paper makes an analysis of the credit problem in C2C E-commerce, and points out that the solution to the bottleneck of C2C E-commerce in China should focus on groping for an effective solution scheme, besides passive monitoring, improvement of legal mechanism, efforts of financial institution, commercial and industrial institution and other official and semi-official organizations. And through analysis the paper gets a solution scheme i.e. to build a uniform credit management platform for solving the development bottlenecks.
