摘要
This paper describes the design and development of a low-cost microprocessor-based load logger that can store voltages and currents of distribution feeders and transmit the data to a remote office personal computer. Data transfer from the load logger to the personal computer is achieved via telephone line. The load logger is specially useful for evaluating the voltage and current of a feeder during continuous power flow through the feeder and immediately after power restoration to the feeder after a period of power outage.
