摘要：

The digital economy offers great opportunities for developing a country's competitiveness system. Modern technologies make it possible to use a high-tech digital platform that minimizes the human factor and the associated corruption and errors, automates the collection of statistical, tax and other reporting, and makes decisions based on analysis of the real situation. The state can create the conditions for the development of the digital economy: a legal framework, an appropriate infrastructure in the form of the ubiquitous high-speed Internet and resolve security issues. It is important for the consumer to know that when using a digital product and observing simple safety measures, it will not incur losses.
