摘要
A circularly polarized millimeter wave (mm wave) linear array antenna consisting of eight elements is demonstrated in this work. The mm-wave array antenna is designed to cover the currently used 5G band 27.5-28.35GHz for user terminal application. The antenna arrays can be also arranged together in a single platform to generate right- and left-hand circular polarization (LHCP). A directive pattern with a realized gain of 11dBic with scanning range of +/- 50 degrees is observed at the operating band. The simulated correlation coefficients over the operating band also satisfy the acceptable diversity criteria.
