摘要：
This paper presents an aperture-coupled dualpolarized stacked patch antenna integrated in an RFIC package environment for Ka-band applications. The package is based on multilayer organic technology, so it can be fabricated by PCB manufacturers. The antenna has a measured peak gain > 5 dBi and supports a 4 GHz bandwidth.
