New chiral solvating agents for carboxylic acids: discrimination of enantiotopic nuclei and binding properties

摘要
New chiral hosts for carboxylic acids have been synthesized and their capacity for discrimination of enantiotopic nuclei explored by NMR. In addition, binding properties were examined by H-1 NMR titration experiments and molecular mechanics calculations. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
