摘要:
In this work, the recyclable flower-like MoS2@Fe3O4@Cu2O like-Z-scheme heterojunction (MFC) was synthesized by magnetic assembly method, which not only exhibited excellent magnetic separation performance, but also possessed efficient visible light catalytic ability. Interestingly, the existence of Fe3O4 not only endowed the material good recyclability, but also promoted the formation of like-Z-scheme heterojunction and improved the charge separation efficiency. More importantly, the assembly of MoS2 (M) nanosheets into the flower-like structure was promoted by the mutual magnetic attraction between Fe3O4 nanoparticles, and the growth of Cu2O nanoparticles was limited by the flower-like structure. Based on the improvement of charge separation efficiency and the formation of like-Z-scheme heterojunction, the photocatalytic efficiency of MFC was 3.5, 1.75 and 2.5 times that of MoS2 (M), MoS2@Fe3O4 (MF) and MoS2@Cu2O (MC), respectively. This work provided a new method for the assembly and design of highly active composite materials.
