摘要：
We demonstrate a compact, low power 2x2 optical switch with a contrast ratio (21 2)dB over the temperature range from 16degreesC to 64degreesC, a polarization sensitivity <2dB and a propagation loss (3+/-2)dB from lambda=1520mn to 1580nm.
