Through the way of the questionnaire survey, the author conducted a survey and analysis of the spare time management of the higher vocational college students. The results show that 45.6% of the students think they have "very much" spare time, and the spare time of 55.7% of the students gives priority to entertainment, with learning assistant. For the question whether there is a problem with their arrangement of the amateur time, those who think "there are many problems" and "there are more problems" respectively account for 35.7% and 50.2%. Among the factors influencing the utilization of higher vocational students' spare time, the classmates or friends are in the first row of 41.6%, and next is the school learning atmosphere, which is 32.4%. 68.5% of the students think that their parents often educate them to treasure time while 85.3% of the students think that the teachers often educate them to treasure the time. 79.7% of the students think that it is necessary to carry out specific guidance on the use of the spare time. The spare time of university students refers to the time except the class time, experiment, practice, finishing the homework, reviewing of the college students, which is free to allocate, and to arrange for their life or personal affairs. In order to understand the situation of the spare time management of higher vocational students and their amateur living arrangements, we designed an open-ended questionnaire, to investigate the distribution of the spare time of higher vocational students. We hope through the investigation and analysis, to know how the vocational college students arrange their spare time and whether it is reasonably used, in order to find the disadvantages, and effectively make full use of the spare time, to make the university life more fulfilling and beautiful.
