摘要
A silicon-based microelectrode array consisting of various electrode shapes and sizes has been developed. This model sensor array allows a systematic study of three important aspects of electrochemical sensing: the influence of the electrode geometries and the passivation materials on corrosion effects and kinetics, the application of thin gold film electrodes for the trace analysis of heavy metals, and the galvanic modification of single microelectrodes.
