摘要
The first multipurpose software complex CADIFTB is developed for teaching, learning, study and design of induction crucible furnaces (ICF). Educational part permits teaching/learning of basics, design, equipment, economics, safety, environment protection and maintenance of ICF. This part is created in a visual media Asymetrix ToolBook for Windows. It contains texts, pictures of actual equipment, facilities for calculation of components parameters, computer created graphs and animation. The second part containing a code for ICF study and CAD may be used independently or in combination with the first part. It allows to calculate the thermal and electromagnetic parameters of ICF, to choose materials and components from data-bases and so on. The complex is intended for teaching students of different curricula, for induction heating schools, courses and seminars, as well as for ICF design, sales management and in-plant technical service.
