摘要
This research determines the relationship between organizational commitment (OC) and employee's job performance (EJP) in the presence of Islamic work ethics (IWE) in the project based public sector Pakistani organizations. Hypotheses were tested through causal and cross sectional design. Multiple regressions found "AC" and "NC" to be less significant and "CC" significant / negative relation with "EJP". Conclusions drawn from the study were limited to the time period in which data was collected in a city of Pakistan. Study on demographic variables suggested higher level of relationship between OC and age of employees. In a predominantly Muslim country like Pakistan, the significance of IWE was recognized.
