摘要：
There are a lot of faults in the production process of the VTR(Video Tape Recorder) automated assembly line, so the fault diagnosis system is set up to meet the need of the factory. For analyzing the fault features, the statistical faults data are collected and analyzed. The system fault rate Is defined. The fault model and fault mechanism is analyzed. An fault tree analysis is put forward. Applying the probability and statistics, the fault probabilistic calculation formula are introduced. The application of fault diagnosis system for automated assembly line is presented.
