摘要：

Modern management of the public sector proposes high requirements for the optimization of performance appraisal system. In this study, the public sector performance appraisal optimization design based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was analyzed, the main content of AHP was introduced, and the connotation and function of public sector performance appraisal based on AHP and research methods were analyzed. Results show that the AHP is feasible in the public sector performance evaluation optimization and can provide a favorable direction for the further improvement of performance appraisal management.
