摘要
A lot of the essential problems of the domain have not been solved yet, such as the analysis of manufacturing task, as a fundamental element in the design of the flexible manufacturing systems. In the paper, the authors presents a model having as object the synthesis of the manufacturing task, used in the structural - configurative synthesis of flexible manufacturing systems. Using an analytical matrix like model, there are written the matrices of the general properties, of family properties, of version and individual ones, and then there will be written the synthesis structural matrix of the generalized reference and configuration of the geometrical - constructive expression is obtained. The engineering synthesis model elaborated in this paper has as objective applications of flexible manufacturing systems for processing round shafts, field were the specialty literature doesn't offers information. The methodologies are easy to implement since they take advantage of the information already stored in the CAD system.
