MALDI ionization: The role of in-plume processes

摘要
The factors influencing the ion distribution in matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) was studied. The kinetic method plot was found to be linear which validated the secondary reactions in the plume. It was shown that the proton transfer was the most important secondary reaction in MALDI.
