摘要
Sperm swimming speed, motility and number of sperm flagellar beats were determined to evaluate the effects of green and yellow Carica papaya L. pulp extracts on cryopreserved bovine sperm after thawing. Yellow (YP) and green (GP) papaya extracts both inhibited sperm swimming speed and induced a curvilinear swimming pattern. Both treatments also induced lower sperm motility compared to controls. The number of flagellar beats was not affected by both YP and GP treatments.
