摘要
An efficient protocol was developed for the regeneration and rapid growth (increase in diameter and mass, the formation of main stem) of Lanzhou lily (Lilium davidii var. unicolor) bulblets by using bulb scale explants. The effects of BA, a combination of BA and GA(3), and sucrose on shoot proliferation and bulblet formation were investigated. For the induction of adventitious shoots, 0.5 mg l(-1) BA was more efficient than other concentrations. In the formation of bulblet clusters, 90 g l(-1) sucrose was optimum for bulblet clusters induction from adventitious shoots. Bulblet increase in diameter and mass was greatest with a combination of 0.15 mg l(-1) BA and 0.15 mg l(-1) GA(3). By the end of experiment plantlets with large bulblets with formed main stem were produced. Scanning electron microscopy revealed the development of bulblet during the period of bulblet enlargement.
